Project Architect 项目建筑师

• The project architect acts as a main designer in the project team of DAtrans and works independently to complete assigned tasks. Especially working for the schematic and Construction Documents of architecture and renovation projects:

  _Bachelor or Master Degree in Architecture, Urban Planning or related design field_Min. 2 years experience (experience in construction documents and project management preferred)
  _Proficiency in 2D/3D computer graphics skills (AutoCAD, Sketchup, Rhino, Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign), ability and experience to work with Microsoft Office（PowerPoint, Excel etc.）and presentation software
  _Fluency in written and spoken English.

  
  项目设计师能够在德默团队中作为主要设计师承担项目，主要参与建筑和改造等项目的方案和施工图设计：

  _相关建筑、规划和设计等相关专业学士学位或以上学历；
  _至少2年以上的设计师工作经验（有建筑施工图和项目管理经验者优先考虑）；
  _熟练应用AutoCAD、Sketch up、Rhino、Photoshop、Illustrator、Indesign等图形软件和Microsoft office（PowerPoint、Excel等）办公和演示软件；
  _熟练的英语交流和读写能力。

Assistant CD Dept. (Graphic Designer) 传媒助理（平面设计师）

• Media Assistant (graphic designer) has the professional education such as design and art management, those professionals who has knowledge and interest in architecture and urban issue:
  

  _Supporting the media affairs, shaping the public relationship for the firm, in charge of editing the document, communication with media and publisher, and exhibition organization etc_Supporting the daily office administration, receipting and organizing the public activities related to customers and clients_More than two years work experience (with the media experience preferred, part-time possible )_The graphic design ability, good at Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, PowerPoint and Excel other Microsoft Office software_Chinese as mother tongue, good communication and writing skills in English.

  
  传媒助理(平面设计师)需要有设计、艺术管理等专业教育背景，并对建筑规划有一定知识和兴趣的专业人士：

  _辅助事务所媒体宣传事务，参与事务所公众和专业形象的塑造，负责文档资料整理、出版和媒体宣传以及展览策划；
  _辅助事务所日常行政事务，参与接待和组织相关客户公关活动，维护现有客户联系；
  _两年以上工作经验（有媒体从业经验者优先考虑，可以兼职）；
  _一定的平面设计能力，擅长Photoshop、 Illustrator、Indesign 、PowerPoint和Excel 等Microsoft office办公和演示软件；
  _母语为中文，较好的英文交流能力和读写能力。

Internship 实习生

• Intern should have finished at least three years education of the major Architecture, Urban Design and related design field in University:
  

  _3 months minimum working period
  _supporting the work of senior designer and project manager in the design team, including drawing, model making, photo shooting, documentation and 3D visualization etc.
  _Ability to work with AutoCAD/Photoshop/Illustrator/Indesign, ability and experience to work with Microsoft Office（PowerPoint, Excel etc.）and presentation software
  _Fluency in written and spoken English

  
  实习生需修完至少2年以上的建筑、城市规划或设计相关专业课程的在读大学生：
  

  _实习期应在3个月以上；
  _辅助高级设计师和项目经理的工作，协助设计小组工作，绘图、制作模型、基地拍照、整理文档和三维表现等工作；
  _较熟练应用AutoCAD、Sketch up、Rhino、Photoshop、Illustrator、Indesign等图形软件和Microsoft office（PowerPoint、Excel等）办公和演示软件；
  _熟练的英语交流和读写能力。
