2009创意盛典是2009上海国际创意产业活动周的重要组成部分， 以表彰在上海创意产业领域取得突出成绩或显示出良好发展潜力的创意产业集聚区、创意企业、创意人物和设计师等，并以此契机加强公众了解创意产业、参与创意事业的积极性，推动上海创意产业新一轮发展。德默营造的陈旭东荣获创意盛典上海十大杰出设计师称号。

2009 Creative Festival is an important part of the 2009 Shanghai International Creative Industry Week in order to praise the creative industries, enterprises and designers in Shanghai who achieves the outstanding results or show good potential for development. It is a good opportunity to strengthen public understanding of creative industries and raising the enthusiasm on the creative tendecy, encouraging a new round of development of creative industry. DAtrans' Chen Xudong won the title of "Top 10 Outstanding Designers in Shanghai".
