受到上海纺织时尚集团的邀请，德默营造参加尚街-五维创意园建筑设计竞赛，最终获得评委会评选第一名。目前正开始进入方案设计优化深入实施阶段。上海第五化学纤维厂（五维空间），前身是于1946年建立上海华丰第一棉纺织厂。由于行业更新、企业改制和提升品牌等原因，需对现有用地重新进行功能定位、业态置换和建筑改造。

DAtrans was invited by SHANGTEX Group to participate in the competition of Wuwei Creation Park. And the proposal of DAtrans was nominated as the first prize and will be optimized in the following stage. The 5th Chemical Fiber Factory was built in 1946 in Shanghai, and one of the biggest textile factory in the city. As the needs of updating the industry, restructuring enterprise, enhancing the brand and other reasons, its function should be redefined and the existing buildings will be rebuilt.
